Cadence is the cyclical rhythm of Process Meetings. Cadence provides recurring performance checks, quantifying, and balancing which ensure efficient production process.

Make Your Cadence of Meetings:

  1. Determine the length of a Cadence. Example: 2 weeks
  2. Determine the Stand-Up cadence. Example: Stand-Up occurs daily
  3. Cadence Planning happens on the first day. Example: Monday of week 1
  4. Requirements Refinement happens in the first half of the sprint. Example: Thursday of week 1
  5. Cadence Retrospective happens on the last day. Example: Friday of week 2
  6. Cadence Showcase happens on the last day. Example: Friday of week 2
