The Cadence
Cadence is the cyclical rhythm of Process Meetings. Cadence provides recurring performance checks, quantifying, and balancing which ensure efficient production process.

- Cadence Planning happens on the first day. Example: Monday of week 1
- Requirements Refinement happens in the first half of the sprint. Example: Thursday of week 1
- Cadence Retrospective happens on the last day. Example: Friday of week 2
- Cadence Showcase happens on the last day. Example: Friday of week 2
