The Process Artifacts
Artifacts are essential documents that serve as the source of truth regarding the state of Process Script. They are generated from each meeting and reflect the outcomes and progress of Development. Properly created artifacts provide a detailed record of decisions, actions, and statuses, ensuring that all team members and coordinators have access to consistent and accurate information about progress.
Each meeting has specific artifact requirements, which should be based on inputs produced during previous meetings. These artifacts act as both a repository and a set of metrics for assessing the effectiveness and adherence to Process Script. Product Statements is a list of sanctioned product extensions for which deliverability is scheduled. The ordering of initiatives on this list are such that ideas with stronger priority appear first. Each Product Statement should come from a completed Product Requirements Document.
📄️ Task Board
The Task Board artifact provides a view of the tasks along with the information of each task’s product increment, completion condition, delivery status and what delivery team membership is assigned to its completion.
