Product Statements

Product Statements is a list of sanctioned product extensions for which deliverability is scheduled. The ordering of initiatives on this list are such that ideas with stronger priority appear first. Each Product Statement should come from a completed Product Requirements Document.

Product Statements are Taskable Units of Product Delivery. These Product Statements may or may not have Tasking Statements, but have been verified by Product Ownership as Ready for Tasking.

Process Script recommends formatting information about the taskable increment in the form of Perfect Product Understanding.

Product Statements is the input Artifact for Refinement, where the Team converts Statements into Tasks, and completes the Task IDs column.
