Roles
A Role embodies the key behaviors, responsibilities, and interactions that contribute to the success of a team or project. It represents a set of motivations and traits that define an archetypal characterization, rather than a specific job title or position. For instance, a Role might be characterized by qualities such as leadership, analytical thinking, or collaborative spirit, which guide how an individual contributes to the team's goals and dynamics.
While a Role does not dictate an individual's official title within a company, it helps to clarify the expected contributions and interpersonal dynamics within the Process Script environment. It is possible, though not recommended, for one person to assume multiple Roles, reflecting their diverse skills and interests. This flexibility can enhance team adaptability but requires careful management to ensure that responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined and effectively balanced.
